Helping Soquel and Santa Cruz chiropractic patients understand that lifestyle is paramount to health continues to motivate Soquel chiropractor Dr. Peter Thibodeau, even after over four decades in practice.

At Thibodeau Chiropractic, we keep up to date on the current scientific literature and it all points to the importance of lifestyle to overall health. "Inactivity is a killer," states Dr. Thibodeau. "I'd like people to understand that their genes are programmed for health, not for disease or ill health." Chiropractic care removes interference's that lead to ill health, and a wellness lifestyle that maintains genetically programmed health or homeostasis.

Providing chiropractic care to patients of all ages, day or night is our job.

We do our best to set a good example, eating a healthy diet, staying very active, keeping our minds engaged and using no drugs – and we are committed to helping you become as healthy as your body and mind can become!

Being the established leader among Soquel and Santa Cruz chiropractors allows us to provide our patients with the best care possible. Dr. Peter Thibodeau is a third generation chiropractor with 42 years experience in helping patients regain and retain their health and wellness. Helping you learn to eat well, move well and think well is our passion!
